Polyaspartic Flake Floor System

While hooked up to an industrial vacuum, we use a diamond bladed machine grinder to achieve the perfect profile for our polyaspartic base to bond to.

We repair any cracks or divots. 

A "seamless" look can also be achieved with a semi-rigid polyurea joint filler. 

We apply a pigmented polyaspartic base coat.

A polymer flake is broadcasted throughout the entire floor to add the texture and color. 

We scrape and vacuum the excess flake to create the perfect surface for the sealing process.

The finishing touch. We use a high gloss or matte polyaspartic top coat to seal everything in.
